The lack of microwaves in the rooms is absolutely inconvenient!!! The limited outlets make it hard to charge devices efficiently. Additionally, the exterior light shining in around the curtains could be addressed for better comfort!!!

Keep an eye out for room changes if cleanliness is an issue. they quickly accommodated us when we reported a problem.

The staff provided truly amazing service, even offering assistance to my injured mom. The cleanliness of our room was exceptional, making it one of the best I’ve ever seen.

Despite the perfect location, I encountered an unexpected issue with the functionality of the keycard system that caused minor annoyance during our stay.

The lovely flowers around the pool area created a welcoming atmosphere, and interacting with families by the pool added a sense of community to our stay.

Housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout my stay.

The check-in process felt brusque and unwelcoming. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the towels appeared worn and had hair on them, which was quite off-putting. I also noticed a lack of basic toiletries, forcing me to bring my own while I traveled with my small child, which was inconvenient.
